About The Square Deli

Since January 1, 2010, we have been making some of the best sandwiches you will find anywhere in Massachusettts. Our focus is on quality and doing things the right way. We cook from scratch and source excellent product for our sandwiches. More recently, in 2021 we rolled out a full service pizza program. We are the first pizzeria to introduce 100% naturally leavened sourdough pizza to Massachusetts. We quickly gained recognition for one of the best pizzas in New England. In 2023 we won best pizza in Massachusetts and in 2025. We won best of Boston for Pizza from Boston Magazine. We take the same approach with our pizza as we do with our sandwiches, we don’t cut any corners, we buy the best product available, and we hand mix every single batch of sourdough.
