SUNY Korea opened its doors in March 2012 as the first American university established in South Korea. Located in Songdo, Incheon, SUNY Korea serves as an extended campus of the State University of New York (SUNY), offering degree programs from Stony Brook University (SBU) and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Our programs specialize in STEAM and management fields, providing the highest quality education with a focus on deep disciplinary knowledge, problem-solving, leadership, communication, lifelong learning, and interpersonal skills. All students receive the same degree as those from the SBU and FIT campuses in New York. SBU students also have the opportunity to spend one year of their four-year bachelor's degree program in New York, while FIT students earn an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree program and then can choose to continue their studies in either Milan/Florence or New York.
