Mike is an experienced and passionate speaker and trainer with a unique background. He spent the first part of his career as a New York City Police Officer. He worked in a special unit that communicated with community leaders and inspired high school students to start their life on the right track. Throughout his career, Mike has discovered the important connection between communication skills and law enforcement, as well as building relationships with the community. After his police career, Mike transitioned to the world of customer service, training call center agents on the importance of connecting with callers. He is now dedicated to assisting organizations, through speaking and training, by helping their employees become better communicators and create more effective relationships. Drawing on his own upbringing in Brooklyn, NY, his law enforcement family, and his real-life experiences, Mike using his “street corner approach” and expertise to inspire people to communicate their way to success.
