About The Studio Performing Arts Center

The Studio Performing Arts Center is a performing arts studio at 5015 Park Lake Rd. in East Lansing, Michigan. We provide conservatory-quality instruction in a nurturing environment for Dance (ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop), Voice (singing and speech), Acting and Musical Theatre. We have an in-house dance company for those with three years or more of our ballet training, providing original pieces combining technique, humor, storyline and original music centered around the talent at hand, that we write, choreograph and direct, providing quality performance experiences 3-5 times per year. We also have an acting company for our theatre students that perform 3-4 times a year through scene nights, family/friends performances, black box and auditorium theatrical productions, and our annual collage concert. In addition to our regular instruction, we offer private coaching for collegiate auditions, area auditions and special projects.
