Mission Statement The mission of The Supported Living Group, Inc., is to empower and assist every individual that we serve to achieve their hopes, dreams, and life goals through the provision of Connecticut's most pioneering, person centered, community-based disability support services. These services will be provided by highly trained and professionally supervised disability support professionals who will strive to facilitate consumer success on a daily basis.
