The Surefit Group is parent company to eight enterprises, all of which are owned and managed by the Sanghera family. (See above services tab for details). The group officially formed in 1999 and from the very beginning their ethos was clear - to maintain the personal service expected of a family business with the strength of a large company at its helm. From 2009 to 2010, 70% of our total new business came from word of mouth and our retail service companies saw a steady rate of 80% repeat customers per month. To achieve such results, we ensure flexibility and a smooth user experience, but we know it's the little things that make a difference too. Within our customer facing businesses, our front of house team know many, if not most, of their customers by name - which can only come from spending a great deal of time listening and taking an interest in clients. As a whole, the group employs over 60 members of staff across five industries. Each employee shares the belief that understanding our customers’ needs is the basis of a solid relationship and we plan to carry on that way, indefinitely.
