I am Harpreet Bains, a school teacher, who has worked within the education system for over 15 years. During my long-standing career, I worked with many families, who struggled to establish successful structures and routines at home. It was from here that I founded the concept of adapting and introducing some well-proven school systems into the home. This practice became transformative by refreshing the family dynamic. I knew I had to extend this unique service to all families. For many, homes can be: chaotic, unsettling and unorganised, which can prove to be stressful. The Tailored Teacher will work with families to provide a 1:1 parent coaching service to create tailored parenting plans in order to inject or restore balance, respect and connection along with evaluating and adapting existing routines and structures.
