Tao means 'The Way'; the way of being, the way of nature, the way of living. First discovered and written about 2500 years ago by Lao Tzu, the Tao Te Ching (meaning literally 'the classic of the way of virtue') has since become the 2nd most translated book in history (after the Bible). More than ever, individuals and organisations are looking to these basic principles of loving, leading, learning and living to improve both their daily lives and experience in the workplace. Our methods take an action-oriented approach. Every concept or idea that we explore with a group is a physical, lived experience. No paperwork, no handouts, no making notes. Always we are interacting with each other physically in the space. We believe that positive, fun and interactive group experiences are the most powerful way to develop as a company.
