About The Tarzana International Film Festival

The Tarzana International Film Festival is a community, championing independent filmmaker’s from around the world, sharing their voices, creativity, and shared experience, offering an arena to showcase their work and help launch careers that can change the entertainment industry. Our award-winning filmmakers, artists, judges and collaborators continue to discover and nurture diverse, international talent through various events and educational programs throughout the year, with panels, networking events, film screenings and of course, the Film Festival itself. The Tarzan International Film festival’s multi-media celebration is designed to elevate and amplify filmmakers, encourage new friendships and future collaborations and showcase the best work from around the globe. Through its festival/competition, films are reviewed and selected to be part of the live festival experience, to enjoy the screenings, parties and red carpet events, culminating with the Closing Night Awards Gala. Our mission is to show independent films that inform, inspire, and engage our audience. These films include action/adventure, documentaries, animation, films by women, faith-based films. TZIFF encourages attendance by all ages and is made possible by the generous donations of our sponsors, advertiser’s and festival attendees.
