Hello, my name is Kelly, and I am a qualified counsellor with a background in supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging experiences. Over the years, I have worked extensively in the fields of substance misuse, within the prison system, and in women's refuges for those affected by domestic abuse. These roles have given me deep insight into the complex emotional and psychological needs that can arise from trauma, addiction, and systemic adversity. My approach to counselling is rooted in empathy, respect, and the belief that everyone has the capacity for change and healing.
