'The Tile Shed' came to life in 2005 and was started from our garage at home. It quickly became obvious that there was a need for more choice as people were having to travel away from Gisborne to get great tiles. Therefore, in October 2006 we opened our Tile showroom in the centre of Gisborne, selling both to retail and trade. The Tile Shed Gisborne pride ourselves on the choice of fine European style tiles, displayed in an outstanding Tile showroom in Peel Street, Gisborne, where you can see tiles presented like art. The Tile Shed Gisborne source tiles from leading European manufacturers as well as from Australia and Asia and pride ourselves on quality first. We have over 20 years experience in the building & Tiling industry, where we were specialists in bathroom design. Not only can we supply only or supply and install your tiles, but also help you with solutions if you are experiencing design problems. We also offer a certified waterproofing installation service using the following products: ProtectoWrap Mapei Ardex In addition to this, we are the East Coast distributors for ‘The Heating Company International', where we can supply underfloor heating for all floor situations, plus items such as heated towel rails and mirror demisters and heat pumps.
