About The Timothy Foundation
We identify young leaders between the ages of 21 and 28 and make a two year investment in their leadership training. Each year we begin by looking for young Christian leaders to invite to our January conference. We scholarship all of their expenses for the conference. On their first day of the conference they work through the Core Motivator process and begin the journey of Emotional Intelligence. From this group we select those who will be offered Timothy Fellowships. The Fellows Program involves eight long weekends over two years. Each weekend will be devoted to in-depth study with experts in the assigned fields of focus. Additionally, each Timothy Fellow is assigned a mentor to walk with them through the two year process. In total there will be fourteen focus areas. Courses In The Fellows Program: EQ: Emotional Intelligence I - Core Motivator Emotional Intelligence II - Marriage, Family, Community Biblical Studies: Old Testament Gospels Acts & Paul Christ Centeredness of Scripture Apologetics Church History Business: Economics & Finance Strategic Planning Participatory Leadership & Organizational Behavior Entrepreneurship Human Resources Marketing Other: The Constitution Graduate Scholarships: From the Timothy Fellows Alumni we will award advanced degree scholarships including but not limited to Seminary. We are excited about the opportunity to identify and impact young leaders at an early point in their journey and to help them become the leaders God has called them to be.
