Back in 1991, Martin Turner and three colleagues recognised the need for a boutique, relationship-oriented recruitment company to service the banking, finance and professional services sectors in Brisbane. The idea became reality, and it worked. Martin became sole owner and Director of the business in 2003. With new branding and a move to larger premises in 2005, The Turner Group gained momentum and became established as a leading provider of recruitment consulting and human resources services to a broad range of industry sectors, including financial services, education, not-for-profit and government-owned corporations. Committed to providing practical solutions to clients’ recruitment needs. Through understanding clients’ business and organisational culture, we develop the optimal strategy to source the best candidates suited to the position. Our commitment extends beyond a single assignment to building long-term client partnerships. As a natural extension of our clients’ business, we back up our recruitment services with human resource consulting and organisational development processes.
