The Umbrella Project is made up of the Discount Suit Company & The Sun Tavern Discount Suit Company is an independent neighbourhood cocktail bar. The Cocktail bar is in what was originally a storeroom for the old suit company above. The bar is named the Discount Suit Company in homage to the existing original sign and business on Pettycoat Lane. The Discount Suit Company wants to incorporate all the things we love within this bar focusing on great cocktails with traditional methods and forgotten classic recipes. All accompanied by the sound of Northern Soul! The Sun Tavern THE SUN TAVERN IN BETHNAL GREEN WAS ORIGINALLY ESTABLISHED IN 1851, RE-OPENED IN SEPTEMBER 2014. The Sun Tavern will be offering punch cocktails & classic mixed drinks, with a selection of Irish Whiskey, Poitin & Fine Ales from some of London finest hand picked Micro breweries.
