Our mission is to create places that improve the urban environment. The Urban House is a real estate development company rethinking the way we look at buildings. Rather than viewing new developments as buildings we begin with a place. Places are where you meet new friends, discover new food, explore art, or where people call home. The comfort we all feel at home comes from the familiar smells of food, traditions and customs passed down by our genetic families or created by our chosen ones. Understanding how heritage plays a role in a site and listening to those whose lives will be engaged by a development is how new places can begin to be born. A building doesn't create a place.
