The Urban Pacific Group of Companies was formed by Scott Choppin in 2000 to pursue urban infill real estate development and provide high level real estate development strategic services to major commercial business. The Choppin Family has been in the real estate development business since 1960, including the development of the World Trade Center in our hometown of Long Beach, CA. Scott Choppin entered the business in 1983, working on family multifamily development projects. Recently, Scott and the Urban Pacific team created the innovative UTH (Urban Town House) housing type, which is purpose designed and built to housing moderate income multi-generational working families. UTH can be built as market rate family housing, and a true moderate income housing under long term affordability covenants. These project having the capability to act in either or both domains is a truly unique capability. We are a premier real estate advisory services to major commercial businesses.
