THE VEDIC METHOD is the Vedic Meditation meditation practice of Kristen Vandivier based in Marin County, CA. Vedic Meditation is an effortless, natural and highly beneficial form of meditation. It is an eyes-closed technique practiced for 20 minutes twice a day. While most other forms of meditation rely on concentration or contemplation, with Vedic Meditation we learn to let go and experience deep relaxation in a simple, easy way. this process allows for years of accumulated stress in the body to unwind layer by layer, revealing the full potential of your body and mind. After completing an intensive program of over 2000 hours of training under reknowned Master Maharishi Vyasananda Thom Knoles, including a three-month immersion program in the Himalayas, Kristen returned to teach this powerful style of meditation to my community.
