Under new ownership as of April, 2021. The Venues at Langtree is a premier venue destination on a slice of serene acreage in Mooresville, NC -- just minutes from the I-77 corridor and nearby hotels. We curated the perfect mix of venues for any occasion. They include: -The Mott House, originally built in the 1850s and updated with a mix of antique and modern decor. Perfect for intimate gatherings and meetings with seating for 12. -The Boulder Room, an ideal space for retreats or rehearsal dinners. There's even an outdoor covered space for easy transitions. -The Pavilion, our largest venue, is perfect for large weddings, important events, product launches and corporate gatherings of any kind. -The Barn is made for memorable occasions. String lights, large doors and rustic backdrop to blend with any theme - from charity events to weddings. -The Green Space and Pergola is adjacent to the Mott House and provides a natural backdrop for nuptials. -Coming soon in 2022, The Langtree, located on the northern most corner of the property.
