Veraison is the period in wine growing where the grape berries change color. It marks the transition from berry growth to berry ripening. We felt Veraison was an apt metaphor of what needs to happen within the wine industry. We’re a non-profit comprised of volunteer wine industry professionals who are committed to making the wine industry more equitable through wine education + wine certification sponsorship, mentoring, and networking for BIPOC.
