The Vincent Hotel Group (TVHG) is a Netherlands-based hotel operating platform, originally founded by Mr. Bart van de Kamp. At its inception in 2009, TVHG’s expansion focused on securing favourable lease terms by identifying under performing office buildings that were suitable for conversion to select-service hotels. TVHG, currently operates 11 select-service. The hotels are operated subject to franchise agreements with globally recognized hotel brands, namely Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton. The 11 assets benefit from an ideal geographical spread, with seven Hotels efficiently clustered in the Amsterdam metropolitan area and the others located in key regional centres in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Arnhem. TVHG employs approximately 250 staff members, of which 42 are responsible for operations on a corporate level and on central payroll, while the remainder are employed at the property level. Finance, HR, revenue management, sales/marketing and maintenance positions are centralized, thus the staff on-site is limited to the general manager, front desk team and F&B functions, resulting in highly efficient and profitable hotel operations.
