The Vine Boutique was started by Carmen Brantley in Tacoma, Washington. She is originally from the Tampa Bay area, and loved shopping for designer fashions and bragged about getting them for less. Her friends and family always came to her when they needed help finding affordable high end designer fashions. One night her friends wanted to go out on the town and she was in need of a few things but, wasn’t able to get them because the store was closed. She decided to open up her own boutique so that she would always have things on hand that she and her friends needed on a daily basis in the late hours of the evening after the mall was closed. She also started providing personal shopping services for her very elite friends in town and abroad. This enabled her to help people in need of fashions that didn’t have the time, desire or knowledge of how to shop smart. She now provides smart buys for women all around the world.
