Charlie is a Shared Leadership Expert, Speaker, Agile Coach, trainer and mentor with several (Agile) Certifications as well as several on site in the trenches hands on real experience with Fortune 500 companies. Charlie is a published Author and creator of the C.A.R.E. Shared Leadership model. C.A.R.E. is the acronym for Courage to take Action Relevant to Everyone. In 2012 he received the Presidents Service award as a result of his Shared Leadership mentoring and has since developed his signature C.A.R.E. certification in the workplace seminar which has been industry recognized for market need, content and presentation. Eva is a Certified Life Coach and certified EFT practitioner, speaker and workshop facilitator. She helps professional women and men overcome their fear of stepping into the spotlight. She addresses more than stage fright. It’s the fear of being seen and freely sharing opinions. Stage fright is something Eva has dealt with most of her life and she approaches it by using coaching, energy psychology and improv.
