About The War Room PNW

We are a veteran owned and operated strength and wellness facility located in Salem, Oregon and our vision is to make Salem a better place to live. Our flagship program allows high school students with 3.0 GPA's or higher train for FREE! We have mentoring programs available for the youth, as well as being a fully furnished 24 hour facility. We have have 4300 square feet, with over 2000 square feet of turf. We have 10 pieces of cardio, dumbbells, free weights etc. We are also the only United States Strongman affiliated gym in Oregon. We also offer stretch therapy and mobility work as well. From training to recovery the War Room has you covered.
