About The Warehouse | Building Body & Soul
The Warehouse is a non-profit community project established for London's Jewish Community to tackle the rise in antisemitic physical attacks and the stigmatisation of mental wellbeing. We provide self-defence classes for men and women across all ages run by professional fighters and coaches. We also run workshops by leading mental wellbeing organisations, as well as offering accessible PsychoEducation through our social media feeds. With a team of 17 volunteers, all between the ages of 20 and 25, we launched in March 2022 and continue to run successfully. We further house a kosher juice and smoothie bar, serving the UK's first Kosher Açai.
