The Warriors Group is an organization founded and staffed by former military officers with one mission—to make businesses more successful. Established by Mike Ognek, a former Marine Captain and his brother Chris, a Naval Aviator who left active duty as a Lt. Commander, the firm provides high-impact leadership training to companies of all sizes in virtually any industry. In addition to their military service, Mike and Chris have extensive business and real estate experience and both hold MBAs. The Warriors Group deploys a proprietary process methodology, Maneuver Management, that was developed from the principles of maneuver warfare, the warfighting doctrine of the United States Marine Corps. The firm offers a full range of comprehensive training services. All Warriors Group consultants are former military officers with additional, formal training in business and a proven track record of success. The Warriors Group is also proud to offer a wide, and ever-expanding range of high quality, high impact information products that focus on the Warrior’s Way.
