The Weatherhead Fund is a student-managed investment fund at Case Western Reserve University. Founded in 2011 with a $100,000 donation, we have since grown our portfolio to approximately $900,000 by long-only equity investing. The Fund's forty members are organized into five sector verticals: Consumer, Financial Technology (FinTech), Diversified Industrials & Energy, Technology, Media, & Telecommunications (TMT), and Healthcare. By working alongside experienced upperclassmen, members of each vertical quickly become experts in their assigned sector.
