At The Well Institute we stand for empowerment, well-being and resourcing people to take charge of their stress, rather then being hijacked by it. The goal is to help people move from being stressed, stuck and overwhelmed, to being more calm, empowered and thriving in their lives. Based on over 20 years of trauma informed practice Valerie has worked daily with people on how to calm their anxiety and manage their stress. I'm dedicated to empowering people to feel well in a sustainable way. Supported by a wealth of training and practice in helping people understand their own nervous system and what resources work for them, Valerie is offering training to groups in corporate and private settings.
