Over the 8 weeks, I deliver a series of 4 x 1 hour coaching workshops, designed to give you confidence to take practical action steps towards a healthier you. These are combined with 4 x group consultations/checks-ins to support you and keep you accountable. Together we cover Time management so that you can prioritise you, your method of movement, nutrition simplified, stress management/prevention tools, goal setting and discovering your passion and purpose.
