The Willows of Marshalltown is a new development that will provide excellent assisted living care options for seniors in Marshalltown, Iowa. Our grand opening will be in early fall of 2018. The community, under construction since May of 2017, will be home to 58 private apartments and a beautifully landscaped campus with many carefully tailored amenities. 18 of the private apartments will be in our state-of-the-art center for memory care.
