Our program is designed to significantly reduce the time normally spent by other prospective training providers, who are not too familiar with accreditation processes, in setting up a facility and gaining industry accreditations to deliver GWO, and many other internationally recognized industry training accreditations. Now through our Certified Instructor Loan Program (CILP) The Wind Academy Group can provide industry and time served certified technicians and training instructors for global secondment (GWO, Subsea, Cable, ROV, Fiber, HV) to support both, existing GWO training providers and O&M / Installation operations at short notice from 1 week to 6 months at a time. At TWA Group, we take away workforce challenges and deliver workforce solutions. Making the impossible possible, efficiently, effectively and economically. Course and facility developments include GWO, OPITO, High Voltage for Offshore Wind, Fibre Optics for Offshore Wind, Subsea Cable training, and ROV training for Offshore Wind.
