We aim to push the limitations of storytelling in jewellery and accessories by manipulating form, structure and movement, creating surreal and often visceral wearable art that engages effortlessly with the wealth of inspiration we draw from. The Winter House is positioned as a luxury brand that directly serves those who resonate with aesthetics often attributed to punk, alternative, and grunge subcultures (to name a few). It does this by referencing forms and attitudes found in urban cultures with materials and methodology more often found in brands working to traditional beauty standards. The Winter House occupies the space between old world elitism and new world rejection of it. The Winter House relishes in sharing aspects of our process, openly developing ideas from inspirations in art, photography, and our direct environment in pursuit of Luxury and ready-to-wear conclusions. The Winter House also creates conceptual 1-of-1 jewellery and art, existing purely for the purpose of building our narrative world. The Winter House products are different.
