To be able to do this, we need balanced, evidence-based information and an understanding of how to incorporate this information into our lives to make choices that work for us. Too much of women's health is either not spoken about or addressed in silos. We want to talk about it all. Regardless of which life stage we are currently in, it's so important for us to have an understanding of them all, so that we know how each one relates to the other and can begin to appreciate womanhood for the series of transitions that it is. Whilst conversations about reproductive health are so needed, to truly advance women's health, we must address the whole woman from heart and brain health, to mental health and emotional wellbeing.
