Our Master Butcher, otherwise known as Richard Woodhouse, discovered his passion for butchery at the tender age of 16. As a fourth-generation butcher his passion for the art of butchery has been built over 30 years using both traditional techniques and modern technology. He has also developed a thorough knowledge in the artisan skills of curing and smoking. Having established the business in 2014, Richard is joined by other family members, and a highly skilled team focusing on providing high quality poultry and meats to both the retail and wholesale trade. All meat is sourced locally, where possible, and prepared on site.
