Let’s build workplaces that work for people. The Workplaces Project was born from a breaking point — the aftermath of trauma, burnout, and a failed attempt to get support in a system that wasn’t built for me. What I experienced isn’t rare. Too many neurodivergent, disabled, and mentally overwhelmed workers are gaslit, discarded, and pushed out — not because they aren’t capable, but because the system isn’t designed for them. This project is my response: a bold vision for trauma-informed workplaces where people are allowed to be human, where well-being is foundational, and where no one is shamed for needing rest or support. We provide tools, training, and connection for both individuals and organizations ready to reimagine what work can be — and build cultures where people can truly thrive.
