The Write Touch Services Ltd. (“TWT”), a full service proposal development and management company, provides a ‘cradle-to-the-grave’ solution for submission development for major infrastructure projects throughout North America. TWT has provided Public Private Partnership ("P3"), construction management, design, design-build and facility management ("FM") submission development services for over ten years. Additionally, Tracy Doucette, Owner / Director, brings over 25 years of proposal and marketing experience to TWT clients. During the past five years specifically, TWT has delivered over 110 successful, major RFP and RFQ submissions, with a total current value of over $50.0 billion. The majority of these notable submissions were P3 projects completed in collaborative team environments. Specifically, over the past two years, among numerous other major RFQ and RFP submissions, in the past 24 months TWT supported the delivery of 20 major P3 RFP North American submissions. As of January 2014, 14 teams have been confirmed as the preferred proponent. TWT has also worked through RFQ submissions for a variety of projects. Consistently, potential respondent teams have been short listed on pursued projects.
