The Yoga Junction is the union of everything within the yoga lifestyle. Created out of an understanding that everyone experiences a different yoga journey, The Yoga Junction is a space, both virtual and physical, where you are liberated to be authentically you. It all began as a women’s only retreat business back in 2020 after a life changing trip to Bali, and has evolved into a growing inclusive community which includes a Yoga Studio, retreat center and an accredited 200 Hr YTT School. Jessica knew from the beginning that she wasn't “fired up” by teaching someone how to do a "down dog"… BUT she was incredibly passionate about creating safe spaces for you to explore what yoga means to you. That; ultimately Yoga is not just about the postures we see, but how we chose to live off of our mats. She wanted to create a safe space for you to show up exactly as you are without any expectations or judgements. A space where you can move your body in a way that FEELS good for you; which also includes NOT moving at all! TYJ IS A Safe space for you to connect with your breath, your body, your heart and your spirit. Let’s STOP comparing ourselves to others. We were not born in their body, to live their life. We were born to live ours. The Yoga Junction is a traditional yoga space that offers both yoga and meditation classes as well as sound healing & Reiki. Our approach to yoga is as a full wellness practice not an elite fitness regimen. Built on diversity & inclusion, we welcome anyone & everyBODY. We want to challenge and dismantle common perceptions of yoga and allow you to create your own path. On this journey, all you have to do is breathe and show up for yourself...whatever that looks like on any given day. We are a safe place for you to find the courage to connect with your own body, energy and emotions; without judgement. We look forward to connecting with you!
