Located within the luxurious Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange, New Jersey, we combine mindful yoga sequences and breathing techniques to nurture and nourish our clientele. From stress relief and meditation, to strength training, post op recovery, prenatal classes, children's yoga, restorative yoga, intensive workshops, and corporate wellness retreats--there is something for everyone! The Yoga Room Studio specializes in private and semi-private classes for one-on-one, or up to one-on-three, lessons in a safe and comfortable setting. Co-founders Karen Altemose and Ariene Ellefsen combined have over 18 years of experience in practicing and living yoga. We welcome everyone, all fitness levels, age, size, and abilities to practice with us!
