We focus on two specific techniques Revitalize Yoga and Intuitive Healing Process. Revitalize yoga is a therapeutic form of hatha yoga that creates inner and outer alignment through precise positioning in familiar asanas or postures, specific sequencing of the poses starting at the feet and moving through the head encompassing the spine, learning how to use Internal and External support, repetition to create new alignments and muscle memory, holding the poses longer to develop body awareness, soft internal traction instead of stretching, deep relaxation of habitual muscle tensions and connection to a deeper layer of your being. Each class begins with a Guided Awareness to help you map and enliven your body, then a Breathing Practice , followed by a sequence of poses (asanas) designed to open and relax you from the feet through the head encompassing the spine, ending with a final Relaxation. This style of yoga works on opening the physical body as well as the energetic body through 12 significant energy centers. The effects are profoundly revitalizing in a safe and appropriate way. Intuitive Healing Process is a completely different way of creating health and wellness in your body by clearing or purifying the source of what is creating the symptom. Most often the source of an issue is located in a deeper level of your being than the physical body. We have been sharing our passion for health and wellness with the community for over 9 years.
