At Yori Construction, we focus on project management through the use of skilled trade contractors, and bringing a true team mentality to our work. We want our clients, team members, trade contractors, and anyone else involved with our projects to feel valued and have their specific project needs exceeded. We believe in building lifelong relationships with our team members so that we're not just building one project, but a relationship where we help solve today's project needs as well as future needs. We set ourselves apart with our hands-on involvement throughout the life of the project. From coordination with the project owner, to the design team, to the trade contractors completing the work. We feel it is our duty to walk our projects from initial conception through completion. We don't just want to check completion boxes, we want to make your project OUR project and show you that we care just as though we owned the building/site at the end of the job. We are deeply committed to our clients and their projects. Our experience in commercial construction has shown us the importance of going beyond the traditional role of contractors. We view ourselves as problem solvers who work alongside our clients to achieve their goals. Our approach is rooted in empathy, often placing ourselves in their shoes to solve their problems as if we were the owners of the project. Even if the solution may result in less work for us, we prioritize the overall well-being of our clients and their projects. We believe in building relationships, not just structures.
