Our mission is to encourage more New Yorkers to become organ donors by passing legislation that supports those most in need. Our primary policy is to make NYS the first “opt-out” rather than “opt-in” state when becoming an organ donor at the DMV. This small change — a default to helping others — will increase the rate of donation, saving lives.
