The Zen Experience creates "Zen Dens" a wellness space that supplies everything needed to guide one into a state of relaxation and calm within a brief time-frame; facilitating decompression and constructive processing of stressful events, boosting focus and energy levels. We provide various five to eight minute audio and video guided tutorials with techniques and meditations set to relaxing music. The techniques are broad; yet, real-time applicable, giving the user the tools to change their stress response pattern through the act of mental reset.
