About The Zones of Regulation
Message from the Founder: I am thrilled to share my life's work with you. As an OT by trade I had many students that struggled not just with self-regulation, but also emotional control. Too frequently this interfered with their everyday life. It was these experiences that gave me the idea for creating The Zones of Regulation framework. The Zones is a systematic, cognitive behavioral approach used to teach others to self-regulate their needs as well as their emotions and impulses in order to meet the demands of the environment and be successful socially. I continue to create Zones materials and provide trainings on the framework around the world. We offer multiple educational webinar workshops and consultations for caregivers, professionals, educators, and more. I hope you can join me along with our Zones team in my passion to support those around us.
