We’re theGeniusBox : THE facilitation business. We design and deliver creative workshops that get people in business solving problems brilliantly. We do this in two ways: 1. We teach your people to facilitate creative workshops for you 2. We facilitate the creative process by running projects with you. 1. TEACH We have a creative process we can teach module by module or in bigger blocks that ladder up to a comprehensive ‘bootcamp’ lasting a week. We price each module as a ‘product’. Expect to invest in a Premium fee. 2. FACILITATE We facilitate projects using the same creative process. The minimum commission is a SCOPING phase – and that’s common to all projects we deliver regardless of ambition. We have a ‘parts’ and ‘labour’ pricing for projects. What we do isn’t easy and it’s significantly harder to undo poorly designed interventions, so our approach isn’t academic theory instead, it’s borne from thousands of creative sessions we’ve ran globally across banking, pharma, FMCG and technology sectors.
