Founder’s Vision My name is Crystal Renouf, and I am the CEO and founder of TheMothershp. I know firsthand what it feels like to be removed from everything familiar to be placed in the home of a stranger and expected to adjust while carrying the invisible weight of trauma and loss. That deep sense of abandonment shapes how one experiences the world often misunderstood, rarely met with the compassion it deserves. I built TheMothershp because no child should have to navigate that journey alone. My mission is to transform child welfare and human services through technology that understands both data and humanity creating a system that is not only more efficient, but more compassionate, equitable, and grounded in care.
