Our commitment extends from the initial stages of development through regulatory approval and beyond. We excel in innovating new formulations, and exploring alternative delivery methods for existing medications to address an unmet medical need. Throughout our journey, we have established a strong track record in researching and developing groundbreaking medicines and drug delivery systems, carefully tailored to provide optimal dosages, considering the specific pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of the target population. Our clinical programmes are significantly de-risked compared to traditional biotech and pharma models by reformulating existing, approved products with proven safety and efficacy profiles, resulting in specially designed medicines to maximise efficacy and ease of use and thereby improve adherence and disease management. Among our successes is that we have developed and obtained marketing authorisations for three paediatric products, with Jylamvo®, our oral methotrexate solution, also licensed for adults. Furthermore, our innovation extends to a novel intranasal dry powder delivery technology known as DriDose®. This advanced system is in development with the aim to easily administer a wide range of molecules from small molecules to vaccines.
