With over a decade of experience in healthcare and bodywork therapy, Mireya combines advanced multidisciplinary techniques to relieve stress, tension, and chronic pain, leading to enhanced recovery and physical well-being. As a mindful listener, Mireya carefully assesses posture and movement through structural assessments to identify imbalances or areas of tension, allowing her to design personalized therapeutic plans that address restricted muscle and fascial patterns. Mireya’s approach integrates a variety of therapies, including Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Cupping, and Gua Sha. She works with clients seeking to improve posture, performance, relieve tension, release restrictions, and identify areas of weakness. Mireya has successfully treated conditions such as whiplash, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, chronic neck and back pain, tension headaches, and TMJ dysfunction. In addition she offers scar tissue management (which often restricts range of motion), lymphatic drainage for wellness, pre- & post-surgical care, and breast health. Mireya also offers deep relaxation sessions to support nervous system modulation when life’s challenges overwhelm you. Her practice is grounded in continuous learning and adapting new research and methods to provide the best care. She is a licensed Advanced Bodywork Therapist, a teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral therapy, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and a trained Doula.
