About Therapeutic Kitchen
At Therapeutic Kitchen, we understand how powerful healthy food is in supporting the body and in preventing and combating disease. It’s our hope and goal that we can make a real impact and difference in the lives of everyone who works with us. Whilst our clients book with us for many different health conditions and goals, we have a special interest in gut health and supporting optimal weight management. We offer one to one personalised nutritional therapy and food coaching, a bespoke therapeutic meal planning service, DNA and functional testing. We also offer therapeutic recipe development and nutritional cookery workshops. After running successful special dietary restaurants for 15 years and as a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Qualified Therapeutic Chefs, we have combined our passion for food and health so we can share our knowledge to help you achieve your health goals. We develop meal plans, recipes for clients to meet the dietary needs of various health conditions like IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, colitis, ulcers, Crohn’s disease, fibromyalgia, MS, hormonal imbalances, diabetes, depression, infertility, obesity, chronic fatigue syndrome and weakened immune systems. We teach clients how to cook to accommodate food allergies and to make meals that support recovery from illnesses. We’ve seen first hand the impact of nutritious food has on helping our clients manage all of these conditions and improving their physical, mental and emotional health. For this reason, food has always been at the core our work. Although our meal plans are specifically designed for you, they can be enjoyed by the people around you too. We believe that eating should not be an added stress on top of everything else we have to deal with in life, we just want to make it as simple and tasty as possible.
