About Therapeutic Resources
Therapeutic Resources (TR), is a therapist owned agency specializing in the placement of OTs, PTs, SLPs, COTAs, PTAs and special educators. After 36 years, we are one of a few longstanding leaders in the Greater NY area and work with over 750 therapists annually. TR has longstanding contracts with the NYC Department of Education (DOE), the NYS Department of Health Early Intervention (EI) Program, and over 250 hospitals, pre-schools, nursing homes, group homes and skilled nursing facilities. We are able to offer therapists many options and choices about placements, and can accommodate schedules and preferences, whether it is part or full time, temporary or permanent. We have opportunities for both employees and independent contractors. Not all agencies are alike, and no other agency has more dedicated recruiters and placement coordinators ready to work with each individual therapist to find the perfect placement. Therapists working with us have their own designated log in portal to make communication, and bookkeeping streamlined and simple, receive regular bi-weekly payment and complete benefits for full-time employees.
