Therapprove fixes that. We’re a HIPAA-compliant platform built specifically for pediatric therapy clinics and ABA centers. Everything lands in one place, organized with smart filters so you can see exactly who’s waiting, who’s a fit, and where they are in the intake process. Our secret sauce? The Global Waitlist—think “OpenTable,” but for pediatric therapy. If you can’t take a family, you can send them to another trusted provider in our network. If you’re growing into a new area, you can invite pre-qualified families already waiting for care. We built Therapprove from the provider and parent perspective (our founder’s a mom, her husband’s a physician) because we know what it’s like to be on both sides of the search for services. The goal is simple: shorter waits, better matches, and families who feel supported every step of the way. Therapprove provides tools to therapy agencies to reduce multiple inefficiencies in the referral process. Currently, agencies respond to referrals through tedious email and phone calls. In addition, the lack of transparency in therapist selection results in child-therapist mismatch and high therapist burnout.
