TherapyStory is a team of diverse, licensed clinicians located in Bloomfield, NJ. We specialize in the areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, and perinatal work including postpartum, pregnancy, grief & loss. We also work with couples navigating communication & attachment. The narrative that we tell ourselves can so strongly impact our behaviors both consciously and unconsciously. At TherapyStory we believe in paying attention to the narrative that we’ve told ourselves and shaped over time and then working at shifting it to where we are now at the present moment and allowing for space for change but also for space to grieve the story we've always told ourselves and why we’ve needed to hold on to it.
